How It Works

1. Complete a secure online questionnaire - Book an online service to review your health information and concerns

2. Upload supporting information (Video / Data)- Our GP will assess your information, and explore referral

3. Receive Your Referral Letter - Get your letter delivered securely and promptly, ready to present to your chosen provider

   PS: You will not be charged in case we are unable to issue a letter
